Day 0: May 31st - June 3rd, Iona

“A few places in the world are to be held holy, because of the love which consecrates them…Their names are themselves talismans of spiritual beauty. Of these is Iona”
-Fiona MacLeod, Iona, 1910

After arriving at the airport, you will be transferred to the Isle of Iona, often referred to as
Heaven in the Hebrides. Known for its peace, tranquility, and breathtaking landscape, Iona
offers a true retreat from the bustle of
modern life.

The journey itself is part of the experience, taking you through the stunning Scottish Highlands before reaching the port, where you’ll board the ferry to Iona.

A place of deep spiritual significance, Iona has drawn pilgrims for centuries. It was here in the 6th century that St. Columba and his followers established what would become one of the most influential monastic communities in Europe. Today, the island remains a place of reflection and inspiration, where history, nature, and spirituality intertwine. Breathe in the fresh sea air and explore this extraordinary island. Day 1: June 3rd - Iona to Inverness, with a stop on the Isle of Mull

After spending a couple of days on the Isle of Iona, it’s time to step back into the main island of Scotland. The bus will collect you off the ferry from the Isle of Iona and you will begin your trek to Inverness, the Scottish Highlands capital.

Our first stop will be on the Isle of Mull to Kilmore Church and the Standing Stones in Dervaig, a site rich in history and mystery. Inside the church, you’ll find the Magnificent Magdalene Window, a striking stained-glass depiction of Mary Magdalene, known for its beauty and symbolism. The nearby standing stones offer a glimpse into Scotland’s ancient past, their origins shrouded in legend and speculation. It is here that the Great Gatherings occurred. They sang and danced there and received the light codes of the lands of Andromeda and were in full alignment to the star system Sirius. We will have a brief transmission here.

Continuing north, the journey unfolds through the Scottish Highlands, a landscape both wild and poetic, where mist drapes the mountains and lochs stretch into the horizon. Passing through Glencoe, with its dramatic peaks and windswept valleys, the land itself seems to hold the weight of memory, history, and something just beyond words.

By evening, you’ll arrive in Inverness, the heart of the Highlands, where the River Ness winds through the night. Here, you’ll have dinner at the hotel and settle in for the night.
