We’ve structured this trip so nearly everything is settled before you board the plane. What you pay here is what you spend, aside from souvenirs and the occasional extra round.
Initial Deposit:
Per person $1,000 non refundable due at registration. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, if uninsured. Deposit payment is applied towards your overall balance due.
Interim Payment:
Per person $1500 due by December 10th, 2026
Final Payment:
Final payment is due by January 9th, 2027

Discover Barbados
The Land of Flying Fish
Barbados’ nickname is Bin meaning “my home, kindred, or kind” or Bimshire. English is the official language and they have their own local dialect called Bajan (BAY-juns).
Barbados’ is also known as the “Land of the Flying Fish,” Barbados is famous for the remarkable fish often seen gliding above the ocean’s surface at speeds reaching over 70 km/h.
History of Barbados
The Bearded One
Unlike most Caribbean islands, Barbados was not fromed by volcanic activity rather from the collision between the Caribbean plate and the Atlantic Plate.
Barbados was inhabited by the Arawks and Kalinago people since 13th century. The island was orginally called the Ichirouganaim roughly translates to “red land with white teeth”.
In 1536, the Portuguese Empire claimed the island and named it “os barbados” “the bearded one” after the native bearded fig trees.
In 1627, the British gained control of the island from Portugal and established a colony. The British started growing tobacco and cotton. In 1640 the sugar industry was established on the island.
Barbados didn’t gain it’s independence not until 1966.

Bridgetown is home to the oldest synagogue, Nidhe Israel Synagogue, in the Americas and Western Hemisphere.
Founded by Sephardic Jews, descendants of Jewish communities from the Iberian Peninsula, who fled to Brazil during the Spanish Inquisition.
Barbados is home to one of the world’s highest densities of green monkeys
Originally brought by traders in the 1600s and you can still spot them today at the Barbados Wildlife Reserve
Barbados became the world’s newest republic in 2021
Barbados removed it’s constitutional monarchy and the British monarch as head of state, while remaining in the Commonwealth.
Grapefruit originated in Barbados in the 18th Century
Grapefruits were a botanical accident and are a natural hybrid of the sweet orange and pomelo? It was first documented on the island, was once called the “forbidden fruit,” and gets its name from the way it grows in clusters like grapes.
