Trip Cancellation Policy

Initial Deposit is non-refundable. 100-60 days to departure – 50% additional penalty. 59-0 days fully non-refundable. Ground operations and sightseeing by our friends in Nashville & the SIGNAL Foundation, flights and hotels arranged by CGT.

Payment
Once registration is received, an invoice for payment will be issued (please allow up to 48 hours) Alternatively, you can call our office and provide payment details over the phone. Final payment deadline is September 20th, 2024.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties
The tickets include a Cara Group Travel service fee of $85 and are non-refundable. Once ticketed, name changes and deviations are permitted but at an additional fee.
