It is important to note, the terms and conditions of this trip are as follows:
Payment Schedule
Deposit Payment: Non-refundable deposit of $500 PP will be due to secure your reservation.
Trip Insurance Payment: If requested, insurance as quoted will be due with your deposit payment.
Airfare Payment: If requested, airfare as quoted will be due in full to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: Remaining balance per person will be due on Friday August 21, 2020.

For any payments made by credit card, these can be made by calling our office (Quincy, MA) on 617-639-0273. Online payments can also be processed securely by requesting a link. Please advise your representative which you would prefer.
Cancellation Policy and Penalties
Deposit of $500 PP will be non-refundable once paid.
Airfare - Once ticketed, airfare payment is non-refundable
Cancellation within 61-90 days prior to departure - $250 penalty
Cancellation within 30-60 days prior to departure – 50% penalty
Cancellation within 0-29 days prior to departure – 100% penalty
